Be Thankful

I am very thankful to my friends and family and I hope you all feel the same way. I truly enjoy the holiday's and the food I get to cook and the company I get to enjoy! If there is anyone reading this blog that would like some cooking tips on this day just feel free to comment or email me about it. Ok I'm working on the pics for the new menu!

DOn't you hate when people don't deliver the correct products? It just fouls everything up! oh well. The winter menu is almost complete and will be implemented on Wednesday! I'll put a full description of what's changing up for all to see and salivate at! This is one of the best and most focused menu's I have been able to create in a very long time. I am completely happy with all aspects of it. It is very well balanced between what the vine is and what kind of food I do! I should have pictures as well as a bit of commentary of each new dish! Alright goodbye till then and lets hope everything turns out great!!!!

it has been awhile

So the vine has been insane! The new menu is mostly done and now I am just gearing up for December! As most people know this is when restaurants are mostly busy! So I have a good update to tell everyone, i recently bought a macbook and it comes with the feature to create podcast! So I will be able to do a couple updates for the blog with video and voice! The first video will be of how to make a juice "egg" it is quite simple and will surely impress anyone who can pull it off. OK Just trying to enjoy my day off! will be back shorty promise!
